ABOUT THE FORUM
The Academia and Innovation Forum 2026 (AI Forum 2026) is a forward-looking gathering that brings together scholars, innovators, practitioners, and policymakers committed to advancing knowledge, research collaboration, and cross-cultural partnership. Organized by the US Azerbaijan Network of Academics (US-ANA) in collaboration with Academia, Innovation, and Mentorship Projects (AIM Projects), the Forum serves as an annual platform for deepening academic ties, fostering bilateral understanding, and sparking new forms of scholarly engagement.
This year's Forum, Building Digital Futures Through Partnerships and Collaborative Research Projects places digital transformation and international research networks at the center of its program. From scientific frontiers to cutting-edge technologies, from research ecosystems to interdisciplinary discovery, the Forum moves across disciplines and borders to explore what collaborative academic work looks like in a rapidly changing world.
The call forabstracts is now open. We invite researchers, academics, graduate students, and professionals to submit abstracts that contribute original thinking, applied research findings, or emerging frameworks across the Forum's core themes.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Preparing Your Abstract
Abstracts should be written in clear, accessible English and targeted at a multidisciplinary audience. Highly technical jargon should be minimized or clearly explained. Your abstract should convey the significance of your work, the methods or approach employed, and the real-world or academic implications of your findings.
Title: Concise, descriptive, and reflective of the work's core contribution.
Author(s): Full name(s) of all contributing authors.
Affiliation(s): Full institutional name(s), city, and country.
Topic Area: Indicate which of the Forum's thematic areas your submission addresses.
Abstract Body: 250–400 words. Emphasize innovation, applied research, and translational impact.
Review & Notification
All submissions undergo a review process by the organizing committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by email and will receive further instructions regarding poster preparation and presentation guidelines. All accepted submissions will be presented in poster format during the Forum.
